Who We Are
The Delaware County Black Caucus (DCBC) is dedicated to advancing the interests and improving the quality of life for African American residents in Delaware County.
Founded in 2018, DCBC has grown from 20 members to over 50, reflecting our strong commitment to advocacy and community empowerment. Our mission is to be a leading voice for the Black community, fostering unity and driving impactful change through strategic initiatives.
Our Committees
DCBC Committees are the powerhouse of our organization, driving the programs, events, and initiatives that empower the Black community in Delaware County. Led by passionate and dedicated members, these committees are the engine behind DCBC’s work in advocacy, education, health, and community engagement.
